You will define and architect enterprise identity and access management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, PAM, and identity federation.
• Lead IAM governance, risk management, and compliance efforts (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years in IT, with 8+ years focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Proven experience designing IAM architectures at an enterprise scale.
• Deep experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, One Identity, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
• Familiarity with standards/protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, LDAP.
• Experience managing hybrid (on-prem + cloud) identity environments.
• Knowledge of IAM lifecycle management, governance, and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with modern IAM tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
