Description

You will architect and lead identity and access management across IT and OT environments in a semiconductor/manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions across IT, OT, cloud, and on-prem environments.
• Secure access to semiconductor design tools and factory systems.
• Develop IAM strategies including RBAC/ABAC, federation, and lifecycle automation.
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy and export control regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams for seamless integration.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in IAM.
• 3+ years in architecture roles within manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Expertise with IAM platforms: Okta, SailPoint, Ping, ForgeRock.
• Experience with PAM tools: CyberArk, BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience with IT/OT convergence, ICS/SCADA, factory automation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards: NIST 800-53, IEC 62443, ITAR/EAR, GDPR.
• Familiarity with chip design workflows, EDA tools, and IP protection.
