You will architect and lead identity and access management across IT and OT environments in a semiconductor manufacturing setting.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement IAM solutions spanning IT, OT, cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Secure access to semiconductor design tools, EDA tools, and factory automation systems.
- Develop IAM strategies including RBAC/ABAC, federation, and lifecycle automation.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy and export control regulations (ITAR/EAR, GDPR).
- Collaborate with IT, OT, and cybersecurity teams for seamless integration.
Required Skills
- 14+ years of experience in IAM.
- 3+ years in architecture roles within manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
- Expertise with IAM platforms: Okta, SailPoint, Ping, or ForgeRock.
- Experience with PAM tools: CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
- Strong knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, and OpenID Connect.
- Hands-on experience with IT/OT convergence, ICS/SCADA, and factory automation.
- Knowledge of compliance standards: NIST 800-53 and IEC 62443.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with chip design workflows and IP protection.
- Experience integrating IAM across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
