Description

You will design, configure, and implement end-to-end Identity and Access Management solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. You own the release pipeline and provide technical leadership for IAM projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM design patterns and user lifecycle management modules.
• Manage application onboarding and integration using Okta, including multi-tenant environments and Okta Gateway.
• Execute user migrations between directories and manage bulk loads within Okta.
• Automate Okta solutions using Jenkins or related technologies.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management tools, processes, and support.
• Expertise in IBM Security Identity Manager (ITIIM/ISIM) and IBM Security Access Manager (TAM/ISAM).
• 10 years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing Okta solutions.
• Extensive experience with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Proven track record with SailPoint and cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS.
• Deep knowledge of LDAP best practices and directory services.
• Proficiency with IAM design patterns and lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, JSON, Python, SQL, or Linux.
• Knowledge of RSA IAM, Oracle IdM, or IBM DataPower.
