Description

You will design and lead the implementation of identity and access management strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/PAM product consulting, architecture, design, deployment, and integration activities.
• Develop detailed implementation plans, including specific activities and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and stakeholder requirements.
• Anticipate technical roadblocks and communicate mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines to ensure delivery against fixed deadlines.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of technical experience in identity and access management.
• Deep understanding of IAM/PAM use cases, components, services, and dependencies.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Direct experience managing Active Directory and LDAP.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Ability to use scripting for IAM/PAM integrations.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
• Understanding of networking, DNS, and ITSM processes.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in CISSP, ABAC, RBAC, ITIL, MCSE, CISM, CISA, PAM, MCSA, or OSCP.
