Description

Design and implement enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable, secure IAM solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, PAM, and identity federation.
• Guide implementation of IAM frameworks such as Zero Trust, RBAC/ABAC, and Just-in-Time access.
• Provide architectural guidance to engineering and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and identity domain.
• At least 8+ years in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep expertise with Ping Identity, CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, One Identity, ForgeRock, Azure AD, and AWS IAM.
• Proven experience designing IAM architectures at an enterprise scale.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and IAM best practices.
• Experience with hybrid (on-prem + cloud) identity environments.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP protocols.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
