Own the identity analytics strategy, driving risk intelligence and compliance through data-driven insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmaps, KPIs, and predictive models for proactive identity risk management.
• Develop risk analytics models to detect anomalies, policy violations, and insider threats.
• Implement risk-based access controls (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC) using advanced data analytics.
• Perform User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA) to identify access anomalies and prevent misuse.
• Lead integration of IAM analytics with SIEM platforms for proactive threat detection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or data analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in IAM risk modeling and behavioral anomaly detection.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Deep knowledge of SIEM solutions, specifically Splunk.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools: Broadcom Identity Governance, Okta, CyberArk, or Veza.
• Strong background in cloud IAM security across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Expertise in data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Kibana.
• Experience leading role mining and risk-based authentication initiatives.
