Design and implement scalable identity and access management solutions for large enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure IAM solutions for dynamic environments involving containers, microservices, and APIs.
• Design identity management systems for B2B and B2C segments.
• Develop migration strategies to transition legacy integrations to modern systems with minimal business impact.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of Identity Governance and Administration services.
• Document technical architectures and design standards focusing on scalability and security.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience providing solutions and integrations in large enterprise environments.
• 2+ years of experience as an IAM Architect using modern enterprise authentication and access management technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a lead IAM Developer for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience architecting solutions with at least two providers such as Azure AD, Oracle OAIM, or ForgeRock.
• Deep knowledge of authentication protocols including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, MFA, and Risk Based Authentication.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps frameworks.
• Proficiency with containers, microservices, and stateless architectures.
• Strong understanding of risk management, disaster recovery, and IT regulatory compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Professional experience in the healthcare domain.
