Description

Design and implement identity and access management architectures that align with security requirements and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document IAM architectures covering user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
• Develop analysis, process documents, requirements, and roadmaps for projects across business units and products.
• Evaluate and select IAM technologies and vendors based on industry best practices.
• Define and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect customer data.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role focusing on IAM/CIAM frameworks.
• Deep expertise in OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such as Okta or Ping Identity.
• Strong knowledge of security principles including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements like GDPR and CCPA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working within both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development processes.
