Required Skills:

15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Security Engineering, or Identity Architecture Strong expertise in BeyondTrust (Password Safe, EPM, PRA), Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, and SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) Experience leading large-scale IAM modernization, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust initiatives Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, Kerberos, LDAP, MFA, RBAC/ABAC, and Identity Federation Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) Hands-on experience with identity integrations, migrations, and cloud identity adoption Experience defining architecture standards, design patterns, and enterprise security frameworks Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and architecture governance experience Preferred Certifications: CISSP, TOGAF, SABSA, Microsoft SC-300, or SailPoint Certified Engineer Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the enterprise IAM target architecture across BeyondTrust, Entra ID, Active Directory, and SailPoint IDN. Design and implement PAM, Identity Governance, Zero Trust, and hybrid identity solutions. Develop migration strategies, architecture standards, and secure identity integration patterns. Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineering teams, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Collaborate with security, cloud, and platform teams to deliver scalable enterprise IAM solutions
