Description

You will design and implement security architectures that align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, authorization, and de-provisioning.
• Define access control policies to ensure users maintain appropriate access rights.
• Provide technical leadership for identity and access management initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities within company databases to safeguard data and privacy.
• Develop solutions to address process challenges, emerging threats, and technological changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Expertise in production enterprise deployments using Okta, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Deep understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA mechanisms.
• Proficiency with federation technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Expertise in migrations from Active Directory, Kerberos, and related systems.
• Familiarity with application integration, APIs, SDKs, and custom application development.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership abilities.
