Description

You will design and implement security architectures that align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and business objectives. You will own the identity and access management landscape, providing technical leadership for key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, authorization, and de-provisioning.
• Define and enforce access control policies to ensure users maintain appropriate access rights.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within databases and safeguard data privacy.
• Develop solutions to address process challenges, emerging threats, and technological changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Expertise in production enterprise deployments using Okta, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Deep understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA mechanisms.
• Proficiency with federation technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Expertise in migrations from Active Directory, Kerberos, and related systems.
• Familiarity with application integration, APIs, SDKs, and custom application development.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, including Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
