Description

You will design and implement an identity and access management ecosystem that satisfies compliance and budgetary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current IAM state and evaluate candidates against CJIS requirements.
• Architect an IAM ecosystem covering IGA, IAM, PAM, End Point Privilege Management, and Secrets Management for on-premises and GovCloud assets.
• Define implementation plans for short, mid, and long-term ecosystem components.
• Participate in team meetings and provide technical knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM architecture.
• Expertise in IGA, IAM, and PAM frameworks.
• Experience with End Point Privilege Management.
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, and Identity Proofing Services.
• Experience designing solutions for GovCloud and on-premises environments.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate both paid and open source solutions.
• Familiarity with CJIS compliance standards.
• Experience managing or reorganizing Active Directory environments.

Preferred Skills

• Draft a multi-phase IAM roadmap including a reorganization of existing Active Directory.
