Description

Design and execute enterprise identity security, application architecture modernization, and infrastructure risk mitigation initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and optimization of enterprise IAM solutions, including Okta, MFA, and passwordless authentication.
• Identify and remediate authentication and access control security gaps while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Drive adoption of phishing-resistant MFA, biometrics, and Zero Trust principles across internal and external user environments.
• Partner with security teams to identify high-risk applications, coordinate audits, and manage M&A integration security.
• Develop rollout plans and documentation for new controls, ensuring seamless adoption across mobile and desktop platforms.

Required Skills

• 12+ years in IT with a focus on security, identity, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or Ping.
• Current Okta certification is required.
• Deep understanding of MFA, passwordless authentication, and biometric technologies.
• Experience with Zero Trust architecture and DMZ/network security models.
• Familiarity with Zscaler or similar Zero Trust platforms.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional technical initiatives and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in security transformation or modernization programs.
• Strong executive communication skills for driving awareness and phased enforcement.
