Description

You will architect and lead global Identity and Access Management solutions, overseeing stability, security, and migration across cloud and on-premises environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and migration of IAM platforms integrated with Azure and on-premises systems.
• Oversee a global operations team of IAM engineers to ensure solution stability and security across multiple regions.
• Collaborate with IT Engineering, Architecture, and vendor teams to enhance security posture and optimize efficiency.
• Lead penetration testing, auditing, and risk governance activities related to IAM and Cyber initiatives.
• Manage ITIL processes including Change, Release, Incident, and Configuration management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Cybersecurity.
• Technical expertise in architecting, deploying, and operating IAM solutions.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Ping or ForgeRock platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM implementations, specifically Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Strong leadership skills for managing large, cross-functional, and global teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in high-pressure settings.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operations roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows Azure infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of Cyber Security and Access concepts.
