You design and architect Identity and Access Management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical responses for IAM-related RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, aligning with client needs and MSSP capabilities.
• Design tailored IAM architectures addressing requirements, pain points, and compliance in collaboration with bid teams and sales.
• Design end-to-end IAM solutions covering PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), Passwordless Authentication, and Federated Identity (Azure AD, Okta, Ping).
• Define scalable, multi-tenant IAM architectures for MSSP delivery while ensuring adherence to NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, and Zero Trust principles.
• Act as the IAM Subject Matter Expert in client presentations and solution defense sessions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with a focus on IAM architecture.
• Experience in pre-sales for consulting or MSSP engagements.
• Expertise in IAM tools and protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience designing IAM for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks such as NIST CSF and Zero Trust.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions like CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD, and Ping.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, ISSAP, or Azure Security Engineer.
