Description

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions, focusing on identity workflows and large-scale integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design IAM architectures using Entra ID for identity management and Okta for Consumer Identity (CIAM).
• Oversee JML (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) automation workflows to streamline user lifecycle management.
• Build integrations between Entra ID, Workday (HCM), and Fieldglass (VMS) for automated user role synchronization and provisioning.
• Architect IAM strategies for divestiture, merger, and separation projects to ensure secure identity decommissioning and data protection.
• Define RBAC strategies and conduct regular access reviews to maintain compliance with security and governance policies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IAM solutions architecture, design, and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including identity governance and conditional access.
• Hands-on experience integrating Workday (HCM) and Fieldglass (VMS) with IAM systems.
• Expertise in JML automation, identity federation, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
• Proficiency with IAM protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience managing large-scale system integrations and complex project lifecycles.
• Proven track record in IAM planning and execution for divestiture and merger scenarios.
• Technical proficiency in Azure and Project Management.
