Description

Architect and lead enterprise IAM/IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with security policies, regulatory requirements, and business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.
• Lead integration of IAM platforms with enterprise applications (ERP, LIMS, HRIS) and cloud services.
• Evaluate and select IAM/IGA technologies, conducting vendor assessments and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies, including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, federation, and MFA.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and HR teams to ensure seamless identity governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM/IGA architecture.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, or ForgeRock.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols, directory services, and cloud identity models.
• Proficiency in Python and YAML.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Ansible automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR) and audit processes.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM credentials.
• Background in biotech, pharma, or regulated industries.
