Description

You will design Identity and Access Management solutions that span system boundaries to align with business goals and security requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end IAM design process, from initial analysis through final implementation.
• Create IAM designs that meet security and business objectives, gaining consensus across stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and solve complex architectural problems across system boundaries.
• Provide guidance to teammates and solution partners to ensure design alignment and realization.
• Manage project deliverables with clear deadlines and coordinate with key stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing or architecting IT solutions.
• At least 3 years of focused experience specifically with IAM solutions.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production systems.
• Strong IT Security knowledge and understanding of security requirements.
• Ability to analyze requirements and apply analytical problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for gaining consensus.
• Project management skills to manage deliverables and deadlines.
