Description

You will own the separation and reconfiguration of identity and authentication services during a divestiture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the separation and reconfiguration of identity and authentication services, including Azure AD and SSO.
• Ensure continuity of single sign-on (SSO), MFA, conditional access policies, and federation configurations.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues, manage user access changes, and implement least privilege access principles.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and migration teams for seamless execution.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in IAM or authentication-focused engineering roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Azure AD and Active Directory.
• Experience with cloud identity platforms like Okta or Ping.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect.
• Experience with hybrid identity solutions and directory synchronization.
• Familiarity with security compliance standards such as SOC2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
