You own the development and engineering design of enterprise-grade IAM automation solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM automation covering certificate lifecycle, user provisioning/deprovisioning, and B2B access policies.
• Build and maintain automation for core IAM services, including Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory management.
• Design resilient, event-driven integrations using Azure services to support high-volume IAM transactions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub for automated build, test, and deployment.
• Align automation initiatives with the IAM strategic roadmap and improve development efficiency using AI-assisted tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM automation and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Proven expertise in PowerShell, .NET, and Bicep.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM technologies, specifically Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience managing end-to-end automation lifecycles across multiple environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices and version control using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to design solutions adhering to security controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with product management, QA, and operations teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
