You bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements within the Identity and Access Management space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with application teams to capture and document technical requirements.
• Create detailed process documentation and technical flow-charts using Microsoft Visio.
• Analyze Single Sign-On product workflows to support implementation efforts.
• Translate business needs into actionable documentation for engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) products.
• Proficiency in documentation and flow-charting using Microsoft Visio.
• Ability to document complex technical processes clearly.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with additional Identity Management products.
