Description

You will serve as the primary Business Analyst for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for IAM solutions.
• Implement and manage recertification processes and role-based access controls.
• Maintain system configuration documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Submit and monitor firewall requests supporting IAM operations.
• Generate reports for auditing and review purposes and troubleshoot application aggregation workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint or other Identity & Access Management tools.
• Knowledge of IAM processes, including role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning.
• Experience in recertification processes and access review management.
• Ability to maintain system configuration documentation accurately.
• Strong reporting skills for auditing, compliance, and management review.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application aggregation or workflow issues.
• Familiarity with firewall requests and access control policies.
• Knowledge of IT compliance frameworks and policies.
