Description

You own the business analysis and operational support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document IAM requirements from business units.
• Implement and manage recertification processes and role-based access controls.
• Maintain accurate system configuration documentation.
• Submit and monitor firewall requests supporting IAM operations.
• Generate auditing reports and troubleshoot application aggregation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint or other IAM tools.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of IAM processes, including RBAC and user provisioning.
• Experience with recertification and access review management.
• Ability to troubleshoot application aggregation or workflow issues.
• Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks and firewall policies.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience with audit and compliance reporting.
