You bridge business needs and Identity and Access Management technical implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements for identity governance and access management.
• Document functional specifications and technical requirements for IAM workflows.
• Analyze existing processes to identify gaps in identity lifecycle management.
• Support implementation and configuration of SailPoint IIQ solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis roles.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ.
• Proven track record in requirements gathering and documentation.
• Strong analytical skills for process mapping and gap analysis.
• Experience working within Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
