Description

You will drive requirements and documentation for Privileged Access Management (PAM) capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize PAM control capability requirements.
• Gather functional and technical requirements to meet program goals and support PAM enhancements.
• Analyze existing access management processes and present nuances to the program team.
• Monitor and report on PAM metrics to identify risk reduction and management improvements.
• Build and maintain support documentation, processes, and training materials for end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on business analyst experience.
• Strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, and prioritization.
• Deep understanding of privileged access governance capabilities.
• Experience managing risks and issues within a large technology organization.
• Proven ability to create and deliver training and communications to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools or processes.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Atlassian tools, and SharePoint site development.
