Description

You will own the analysis, onboarding, and requirement management for Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional and non-functional requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Document requirements, process maps, and improvement documentation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document test cases.
• Manage project backlogs, prioritize work, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify process gaps and build consensus among business and technology leaders.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, LDAP, MFA, or EIM.
• Minimum 3 years gathering requirements, process mapping, and creating business/technical documents.
• Experience coordinating UAT testing.
• Background acting as a Project Manager, including project plan creation.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Ability to engage with infrastructure professionals and manage security administration.
• Degree in STEM or equivalent experience (9+ years if no degree).
• U.S. citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on Merger/Acquisition projects.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Product Manager on technical applications.
