You will define, document, and optimize access management processes, focusing on role management and approval workflows for IAM systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and documentation of role management processes, including creation, modification, and review procedures.
• Gather access requirements from business stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to translate them into technical documentation.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the GIS team to provide guidance on access management best practices.
• Evaluate existing technologies and features to support role and workflow management capabilities.
• Assess role management processes for efficiency and implement automation initiatives to improve workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Access Management and workflow or role management process definition.
• Strong understanding of access control principles and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into solution options for technical teams.
• Experience working with SQL, web-based applications, and custom applications.
• Strong analytical skills focused on process improvement and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, or Saviynt identity governance and administration platforms.
• Familiarity with Figma.
