Description

You will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of Identity and Access Management solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop IAM strategies, roadmaps, and high-level designs.
• Manage stakeholders and engage with vendors to scope work.
• Articulate IAM requirements and technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee the practical delivery and management of IAM tool implementations.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of IAM projects.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management projects.
• Proven experience in developing project scope, strategy, and high-level designs.
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock, Ping, Sailpoint, or Okta.
• Strong consulting skills in stakeholder management and vendor engagement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in IDaaS, IGA, or PAM solutions.
• Experience with Azure, CyberArk, or OneIdentity.
