Description

Manage, monitor, and support client SSO/VIP Authentication Hub infrastructure for secure, continuous authentication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for complex authentication and SSO issues.
• Design and implement SSO integrations for new applications, ensuring security compliance.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to maintain platform stability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM systems.
• Architecture design and implementation.
• Advanced troubleshooting of complex SSO issues.
• Experience with SSO/VIP Authentication Hub environments.
• Knowledge of identity governance policies.
• Ability to collaborate with security architects and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
