Description

You will drive the technical requirements and design lifecycle for Identity and Access Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, research, and document functional, non-functional, and data requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and prototyping.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and incorporate feedback into the product backlog.
• Collaborate with vendors on the design, development, and delivery of new platforms.
• Evaluate alternative solutions and processes to meet technical objectives.
• Identify risks and collaborate with product teams to implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as an IAM Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Product Development Analyst, or Business Technology Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with YubiKey and Hyper.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform business process modeling, use case analysis, and journey mapping.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ForgeRock, Ping, SiteMinder, or RSA.
• Azure Kubernetes or Cloud experience.
• SAFe certifications (Agilist, Product Owner, Scrum Master) or CSM, DevOps, and Microsoft Azure certifications.
