Description

You will design and implement identity lifecycle management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM). You lead integration efforts between IAM platforms and enterprise applications such as ERP, LIMS, HRIS, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select IAM/IGA technologies, managing vendor assessments, proof-of-concepts, and roadmap development.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, HR, and R&D teams to ensure seamless identity governance.
• Develop and enforce IAM policies and standards, including authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), federation, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Monitor and optimize IAM performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and resilience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM/IGA architecture.
• Deep expertise in IAM platforms: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, or ForgeRock.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols, directory services, and cloud identity models.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
• Proficiency in Python, YAML, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to use Ansible for automation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM credentials.
