Description

You will own the design, deployment, and management of IAM systems and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems including SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle management.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies and procedures adhering to compliance requirements.
• Integrate PAM solutions with SIEM, MFA, and identity management platforms.
• Collaborate with business units to translate access requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and provide subject matter expert guidance to junior staff.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of Cyber Security experience, with 5+ years specifically in an IAM role.
• 5+ years using IAM tools such as Okta, BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Azure Active Directory.
• Strong background in PAM, including on-prem and Cloud solutions for BeyondTrust.
• Experience with Customer Identity and Access Management platforms like Auth0 or B2C.
• Proficiency in authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and Web Authn.
• Knowledge of directory services, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Experience with coding/scripting for IAM process automation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or IAM-specific certifications.
