Description

You will design and implement identity and access management strategies to meet organizational security objectives. You own the architecture and deployment of IAM systems covering user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems across the identity lifecycle.
• Integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications through cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Monitor IAM system performance to ensure availability and optimal operation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or identity management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Azure AD.
• Experience with Public Cloud IAM systems including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
