Description

You will design and implement identity and access management strategies to meet organizational security objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems across the full identity lifecycle.
• Own the architecture and deployment of user provisioning, authentication, and authorization systems.
• Integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications through cross-functional collaboration.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity or identity management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Azure AD.
• Experience with Public Cloud IAM systems including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and NIST.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
