Description

You will manage and customize SailPoint IIQ environments to support identity and access management lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SailPoint IIQ, including custom rules, forms, workflows, and Quick-links.
• Manage user lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), access requests, certifications, and provisioning.
• Develop custom connectors and integrate IAM systems with ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
• Execute SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patching, and application onboarding using AD, JDBC, Web Services, SCIM, and Delimited files.
• Build external utilities using PowerShell and Shell scripting to support IAM operations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ implementation, customization, and rule development.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency with web services frameworks: Java, Spring, J2EE, Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, REST, SOAP, and XML.
• Experience with large-scale databases including Oracle, MSSQL, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with complex workflow development and certification rule creation.
• Ability to write SQL statements to extract data from IIQ tables.
• Experience troubleshooting application onboarding and deployment processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in global delivery models and direct customer engagement.
