Description

Analyze identity and access management datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risks, then transform raw data into actionable insights for operational decision-making.

You will design interactive Power BI dashboards, build workflow automations with Power Automate and Power Apps, and engineer scalable data pipelines using Alteryx and SQL. You will manage agile delivery via Jira and collaborate with IAM engineering and risk teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large IAM datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for key IAM metrics and compliance data.
• Build workflow automations and low-code applications using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Extract, blend, and transform data from databases and APIs using Alteryx and SQL.
• Manage Jira backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders in an agile framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or related IAM roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization.
• Strong experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for automation.
• Hands-on skills with Alteryx for data preparation and transformation.
• Solid SQL knowledge for querying databases and APIs.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts, identity data, and access management principles.
• Experience working with Jira for agile task management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building scalable data pipelines and reusable data assets.
• Background in data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple systems.
