Description

Manage the delivery of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects, overseeing multi-workstream initiatives in large enterprise environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM implementation and operations projects, ensuring alignment with audit, risk, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve roadblocks.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of IAM lifecycle challenges to anticipate issues and maintain project momentum.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing delivery of IAM projects, including 15+ years total relevant experience.
• Deep expertise in IAM technologies: IGA, PAM, SSO, CIAM, and Secrets Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for project documentation and tracking.
• Understanding of audit and regulatory requirements including SOX, ISO27001, SOC1/SOC2, COBIT, GDPR, and CCPA.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager or Engineer/Architect/BA in IAM domains.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PKI, External Authorization, and CIEM technologies.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Ability to manage multi-track projects with significant complexity.
