Description

Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple simultaneous IAM implementation and operations projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and compliance standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the full IAM project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to SOW scope.
• Monitor project financials, tracking budgets, resourcing costs, and managing P&L to meet targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, resolve roadblocks, and ensure resource fulfillment.
• Conduct weekly reviews with project managers to assess status, identify risks, and plan rectifications.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and drive continuous improvement through regular feedback.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years managing IAM project delivery.
• Hands-on background as an engineer, architect, or BA in IAM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of IT and security standards: SOX, ISO27001, SOC1/SOC2, COBIT, GDPR, CCPA.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and planning.
• Experience in audit, risk, and compliance management for cybersecurity projects.
• Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and manage vendor relationships effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with project tenure stability and leadership in complex multi-track environments.
