Description

You will design, implement, and manage enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across on-premise and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IAM tools including SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, CyberArk, and Azure AD.
• Define and enforce IAM governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
• Design and maintain RBAC, ABAC, and least privilege models.
• Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM) and manage provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Perform access certifications, compliance audits, and risk assessments aligned with regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related cybersecurity roles.
• In-depth experience with IAM tools: SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, ForgeRock, and CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols.
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud IAM services (AWS IAM, GCP IAM).
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, SSO/MFA integrations, and access reviews.
• Experience scripting in PowerShell and Python for automation of IAM tasks.
• Understanding of IAM governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Experience with ERP and CRM integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years tenure in previous IAM roles.
