Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and architect enterprise IAM solutions across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Lead IAM solution development, implementation, and integration for authentication, authorization, and federation.
• Define SSO and federation strategies using SAML and OpenID Connect.
• Design identity lifecycle and access governance models, including provisioning/de-provisioning and RBAC/least-privilege access.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory and enterprise applications, ensuring secure and reliable access flows.

Skills Required:

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in IAM architecture, engineering, and integrations
• IAM (Identity & Access Management) architecture and implementation
• SSO and federation using SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Authentication/authorization concepts for enterprise IAM (MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC)
• IAM integrations with enterprise directories and applications, including REST API-based automation

Good to Have:

• Active Directory
• CyberArk (PAM)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
