You will manage and maintain complex identity and access management solutions using the Oracle Identity Manager platform in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain solutions using Oracle Identity Manager, owning the end-to-end lifecycle including provisioning, de-provisioning, and RBAC.
Troubleshoot technical issues across Oracle Identity Manager, AzureAD, and CyberArk environments by investigating logs to identify root causes and implementing supplier-recommended remediations.
Manage support cases with product suppliers to resolve technical defects and operate within ITIL-based service delivery processes for incident, problem, and change management.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience supporting complex IAM solutions.
Hands-on expertise building solutions with Oracle Identity Manager.
Experience with AzureAD/ADFS and CyberArk components (PVWA, PSM, CPM, PSM-P).
Knowledge of Identity Federation, SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
Experience with Privileged Access Management, including password rotation and account check-in/check-out.
Familiarity with SCIM, REST APIs, and Single Sign-On.
Understanding of Segregation of Duties, Attestation, and workflows.
Ability to resolve OIM workflow failures, server component issues, and AzureAD synchronization errors.
Experience integrating IAM with ITSM tools and working knowledge of Oracle Database.
