Description

You will design, deploy, and manage core Identity and Access Management systems, ensuring secure access and compliance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IAM systems covering SSO, MFA, and automated user lifecycle management.
• Integrate Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions with SIEM, MFA, and identity platforms.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls to meet compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot IAM incidents and continuously enhance system performance and stability.
• Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to junior team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Cyber Security experience, including 5+ years in an IAM role.
• 5+ years using IAM tools such as Okta, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Microsoft, or Azure Active Directory.
• Strong background in PAM, specifically BeyondTrust (on-prem and Cloud).
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and WebAuthn.
• Experience with directory services, LDAP, and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation for streamlining IAM processes.
• Experience implementing Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions like Auth0 or B2C.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CyberArk.
• CISSP or IAM-specific industry certifications.
