Description

You will develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to manage the end-to-end identity lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement connectors, workflows, and rules within SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Support provisioning, access reviews, role management, and certifications.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve identity provisioning and governance issues.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and Application Support teams.
• Maintain IAM documentation and ensure compliance with internal security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Identity Cloud.
• Experience integrating applications using out-of-the-box and custom SailPoint connectors.
• Understanding of SaaS-based IAM deployment models and architecture.
• Proficiency in user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint certification(s).
• Exposure to other IAM tools such as Okta or CyberArk.
• Experience working in regulated environments like Finance or Healthcare.
