Description

You will provide L1.5/L2 production support for the migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication and resolve associated technical issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot passkey enrollment, authentication, device registration, and user access issues.
• Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility problems.
• Investigate device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication failures.
• Monitor production incidents, analyze logs, and review API transactions.
• Collaborate with application teams, platform administrators, and vendors to support migration efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on expertise with CIAM, MFA, and Passkeys.
• Strong knowledge of FIDO2/WebAuthn protocols.
• Proficiency in building and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Transmit Security or similar identity platforms.
• Ability to work in rotational support or on-call schedules.
• Customer-facing support experience.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with legacy BindID migration projects.
