The client is seeking a skilled and motivated Network Security Administrator II to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. This role is responsible for administering and supporting the SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to TxDOT systems and resources.
The workers responsibilities and skills must include:
Qualifications:
Minimum (Required):
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 7 | Experience in identity and access management |
| 7 | Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect). |
| 7 | Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization. |
| 7 | Experience working in enterprise environments with complex IAM requirements. |
| 7 | Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access. |
| 7 | Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IAM platform issues. |
| 7 | Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards. |
| 7 | Skilled in collaborating with the technical and functional teams to develop documents need in support of the solution. |
| 5 | Experience in implementing Enterprise Systems Integration. |
| 4 | Hands-on experience administering SailPoint and/or Ping Identity solutions.. |
Preferred (Optional):
| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 4 | Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies |
| 4 | Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer and/or Ping Identity Certified Professional. |
| 4 | Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other security frameworks |
