Description

You will administer and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and resources.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and Ping Identity platforms, including configuration, integration, and lifecycle management.
• Implement and manage identity governance policies, access certifications, and role-based access controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard applications and services into the IAM ecosystem.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing access reports and documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• 7+ years of experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), SSO, MFA, and federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise environments with complex IAM requirements.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
• Hands-on experience administering SailPoint and/or Ping Identity solutions.
• Ability to interpret and apply security policies and standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with one or more of the state of Texas government agencies.
• Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer and/or Ping Identity Certified Professional.
• Familiarity with ITIL, NIST, or other security frameworks.
