Description

Own the support, management, and security of Identity and Access Management solutions including CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and Okta.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage IAM/PAM solutions, troubleshooting L2/L3 access and authentication issues.
• Implement and maintain SSO, directory services (AD/LDAP), and strict access controls.
• Monitor systems, manage incidents, and drive improvements to security processes.
• Develop documentation, standard procedures, and automation for IAM operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM or security engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with PAM solutions, specifically CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Experience integrating Okta with PAM tools and Enterprise Vault systems (Veritas/Symantec).
• Deep knowledge of AD/LDAP, SSO, SSL/TLS, and core security protocols.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex access issues and communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation scripts for IAM operational tasks.
