Description

Lead the strategy and engineering of IGA and PAM infrastructure to manage access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and provide engineering support for PAM/IAM backend infrastructure and IGA platforms.
• Onboard servers and users to PAM and IGA services.
• Develop and implement technical procedures, runbooks, and documentation to support IAM services.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, authorization, and integration issues.
• Manage escalations and assist in setting priorities and risk mitigation strategies across the environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and administering IAM tools, RBAC, PAM, and IGA platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Cisco ISE, and Delinea Secret Server.
• Advanced knowledge of modern authentication technologies including SAML, Federation, SSO, OpenID, OAuth, and MFA.
• Experience administering Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Windows folder security.
• Experience managing hybrid multi-tenant Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and AWS environments.
• Proficiency with IGA, SAML, OAuth, and core networking services like DNS and DHCP.
• CISSP or other IAM-specific security certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in hybrid multi-cloud environments including GCP and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Experience assessing security controls for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
