Description

You will manage and troubleshoot identity and access management systems, focusing on SSO integration and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy applications using Single Sign-On products such as Okta, Ping, and Azure AD.
• Troubleshoot SSO issues for end users across Agent Based, Web Based, and Federated Authentication models.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes related to authentication systems.
• Handle major production incident bridges involving multiple stakeholders.
• Configure alerts using Splunk and perform Unix/Windows patching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with SSO product integration and deployment.
• Proficiency in OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, and SAML 2.0 protocols.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting SSO-related issues.
• Experience handling production incident bridges.
• Understanding of different SSO patterns and authentication protocols.
• Experience with Unix/Windows patching.
• Any Graduate education required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory services.
• Familiarity with IAM deployments in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
